Finding Your Rainbow began from a simple belief: that even on the hardest days, a little hope can make a difference.

Like many people, I've experienced moments of self-doubt, uncertainty and feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges. What helped me most wasn't having all the answers—it was finding small moments to pause, reflect and reconnect with myself.

What started as a personal journey slowly grew into Finding Your Rainbow—a space created to offer comfort, encouragement and gentle reminders that brighter days still exist.

Beyond Finding Your Rainbow, I'm a wife, a mother, a dreamer and someone who deeply believes in the power of human connection. I know what it feels like to juggle responsibilities, navigate uncertainty and search for balance while trying to show up for the people we love.

My passion for helping others inspired me to pursue certifications in Happiness Life Coaching, Teen Life Coaching, and Positive Psychology. Through these experiences, I've learned that growth isn't about becoming someone new—it's about learning to embrace who you already are with greater compassion and understanding.

Today, through Rainbow Mail, journals, coaching and thoughtful resources, my goal is to create moments of hope, reflection and self-discovery for anyone who needs them.

Because sometimes, all it takes is one small reminder to help us keep going.
